The exact scope of services is agreed before work begins, either in writing, via the website calculator, or through direct communication.

Payments

Payments may include.

• One off setup or build fees

• Deposits where agreed

Invoices must be paid by the due date stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis.

Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed. Time spent, planning work, and completed deliverables may be deducted from any refund offered.

Ongoing services are billed in advance and are non refundable once the billing period has started.

Website Ownership and Licensing

Websites built by MAI Solutions are licensed for use by the client while hosted and managed by MAI Solutions.

Ownership of the underlying build, structure, and system remains with MAI Solutions unless a separate written agreement is made to transfer the website.

If hosting or services are cancelled, the licence to use the website may end unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hosting and Ongoing Support

Managed hosting is mandatory for all active websites built by MAI Solutions.

Hosting includes technical management, updates, and support related to the website. Clients do not receive server access unless explicitly agreed.

If hosting payments stop, the website may be taken offline until the account is brought up to date.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for.

• Providing accurate information

• Reviewing and approving content

• Ensuring they have the right to use any text, images, or materials supplied

  
  

MAI Solutions is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Performance and Results

MAI Solutions does not guarantee specific outcomes, performance levels, search rankings, traffic, or financial results.

All services are provided using reasonable care and professional judgement, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAI Solutions will not be liable for.

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Loss of data

• Business interruption

• Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant service.

International Clients

For international clients, these Terms and Conditions still apply. Services are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice.

Outstanding payments must be settled before termination takes effect. Access to services may be withdrawn once termination is complete.
