2. Our Services

We provide free IT recycling, secure data destruction, and related services to businesses across Kent and the South East.

• Free collections apply when the minimum item requirement is met (usually 10+ devices).

• Collections with fewer items may incur a transport fee, which will be agreed upon before scheduling.

3. Data Destruction

We securely wipe all data-bearing devices to NCSC standards and provide certificates of erasure upon request. While we follow strict processes, you remain responsible for ensuring that all sensitive information is backed up or removed before collection.

4. Rebates

Rebates are offered for eligible, working devices in good condition. Final valuation is at the sole discretion of Computex Recycling LTD. Payment will be made directly to your nominated account.

5. Documentation

We can provide Waste Transfer Notes, Asset Disposal Reports, and other relevant compliance documents on request.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to handle equipment safely, Computex Recycling LTD is not liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or loss of business resulting from the recycling process.
